Restart a Heart Day 2016

NIAS is proud to co-ordinate Restart a Heart Day, an initiative developed by the Resuscitation Council, along with British Heart Foundation, in an effort to educate 100,000 school children and inspire them to become life savers.

Next Tuesday we will be visiting St Louise’s Comprehensive College, St Louis Grammar School, Oakgrove Integrated College, Bangor Academy, Abbey CBS Grammar, Brownlow Integrated College and St Michael’s College, to teach hands-only CPR and empower the next generation with the SKILLS and the CONFIDENCE to become heroes in their COMMUNITY.

We will be working alongside Executive Departments, Public Health Agency, Health and Social Care Trusts, Chest Heart and Stroke, Association of First Aiders, Dalriada Urgent Care, St John Ambulance, Order of Malta and BHF.

We welcome any Healthcare Professionals who know CPR to contact us at and take part!
